"This bottle was a great one, showing everything one could want from this vintage and wine. There were lots of rose hip and vitamin C in this minty wine. Menthol abounded amongst its tomato and Worcestershire flavors. This was as good as this wine gets."

The bouquet is deep, complex and stunning, offering up notes of crushed raspberries, ripe plums, bonfires, cloves, minerals and toasty new oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, lush and concentrated, with fine balance, a juicy core of fruit, and fine length and grip on the meltingly-tannic finish. JG
